Terms & Conditions

In case of canceling for reason of bad weather or any other reason, FunCar refunds all prior made payments in complete, by transfer to the customers account or by cash to the customer at his hotel the day of cancellation.We will always try to reschedule the FunBuggy Tour, for another day.Tours can be canceled if we Funcar don't have the minimum required people to organize a full day tour (6 people) in all this cases all prior made payments are refund immediately
there can only be counted 1 infant free per family!

In case of cancellation by a customer the following fees will apply:
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience

but in case of bad weather,storm,hurricane, we refund or reschedule if possible

FunCar Srl is not responsible for flight delays, hotels switched by clients or tour operators or what ever failure out of our control.Drivers have to know how to drive standard stick shift and has to have a valid driver license
