All Reservations require payment in full. You will be required to select a payment method during the course of this reservation. When selecting "PayPal / Credit card", after you review the reservation and accept the Terms and Conditions, click on the "PAY WITH PAYPAL" button. You will then be forwarded to the PayPal secure website to complete your payment. Select the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button found below the PayPal login fields (You are NOT REQUIRED to have or login to a PayPal account to process your credit card through PayPal).
To pay by credit card at the time of delivery, please SELECT "Cash" as your form of payment AND inform us in the COMMENTS box (found near the end of the Customer Information screen) that you wish to pay by Cash or credit card at the time of delivery.
Local Checks are accepted, however, they must clear bank processing before the rental commences.
A selection of Cash or Check with no instructions in the Comments field will cause the cancellation of the reservation request.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR RESERVATION CAN NOT BE CONFIRMED OR GUARANTEED UNLESS WE RECEIVE PAYMENT IN FULL.
Should you later decide to pay by Credit Card we could send you an online invoice by email -OR- We can process your credit card payment at the time of delivery.
PLEASE inform us in the COMMENTS field of your requested TIME and LOCATION you wish to meet so that you may take delivery of the equipment and complete the Security Deposit Waiver Form. After your reservation has been reviewed and confirmed, we will also email you with the confirmed time and location to meet with you.
We are a Mobile Service located only on the island of Oahu in the State of Hawaii, USA. WE DO NOT HAVE A PICK UP OR DROP OFF LOCATION. Delivery to, and pick up from, your Honolulu location or Waikiki hotel is included in our prices. USPS Priority Mail is an option outside of Honolulu.
