Wonderland Tree Farm
Payment Terms:
100% Non-Refundable Deposit due at time of booking
Wonderland Tree Farm Professional Photography Booking Conditions and Policies:
Sessions are NON-TRANSFERABLE. This includes selling the session to another individual or business AND/OR renting out any of your reservation period to another individual or business. In the event you have a schedule conflict, please reach out directly to Wonderland Tree Farm to inquire about rescheduling. Violation of this will result in removal from the property and cancellation of future reservations.
New Inclement weather policy:
Photography days resulting in an inability to photograph will be rescheduled pending availability. (This policy does not include clients who cancel on days when photography is actually possible)
It will be your responsibility to contact me via text at the end of that same day, with the number of hours that you were rained out, so I can find you a time to make those sessions up. If I don’t hear from you by the end of day, I will assume that you were able to shoot around the rain, and do not need any make up sessions. If booked with a prop, all attempts will be made to re-schedule with said prop; in the event this is not possible you will be rebooked at as a basic session.
Boudoir Photography Policy:
Boudoir photography is not allowed anywhere on the farm. Violation of this will result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of future reservations.
Pet Policy:
Leashed pets are welcome on the property, at the responsibility of the client. We require that they are cleaned up after, including pet waste.
Private Prop Policy:
Privately owned props are welcome. This includes items up to and including a couch in size.
Props Not Allowed Include: Vehicles, items larger than a couch, anything mechanical or requiring electricity.
Any privately owned props are expected to be promptly cleaned up after completion of reservation and property returned to the status it was prior to the reservation began, including disposal of all trash. Violation of this will result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of future reservations.
Wonderland Tree Farm reserves the right to deny service to anyone. Failure to adhere to any of the terms and conditions of your reservations and rules of the farm will result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of future reservations.
New Liability Form Policy
Wonderland Tree Farm assumes no responsibility for any mishap or injury occurring while visiting the farm.
NEW: All Photographers will be emailed a Waiver and Release of Liability form that you will need to print out prior to arriving on site. This form requires signatures by yourself and all clients who visit the farm. After you are done shooting for the day, scan and send me copies of the signed documents for my records. This is an important part of the farm insurance plan and us being able to open for Professional Photography. Failure to complete and turn this form back in will result in future ineligibility to book photography on the farm.
