Scheduling of Park Facilities: No dates will be accepted before January 1 of the current year. Farmers Community Park opens May 1 and closes October 31, daylight to 11:00 p.m. daily. Maximum rental of two facilities per day. No renting of the entire park is allowed.

Lodges: Effective January 1, 2022, a $35 (non-refundable) fee is required to rent the Green Lodge, White Lodge or Women's Lodge .You are required to submit payment by check (payable to: Winona County Auditor/Treasurer) or cash to the Winona County Environmental Services Office, 225 West Second Street, Winona, MN 1-2 days prior to your event and pick-up the key to the lodge. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays After your event, you may leave the key at the park in the "drop box" outside of the white office/maintenance building or return to the Winona County Environmental Services Office (drop box located at front entrance) within 3 days.

Weddings/Large Gatherings: Effective January 1, 2022, a $100 (non-refundable) fee is required for weddings or large gatherings (50+) held at the park. If necessary, additional fees may be required for site clean-up or trash removal by maintenance staff.

Any financial contribution from groups using the park will be deeply appreciated. All contributions will be used to assist in maintenance and care of the park. Suggested donation is $1.00 per person. Please make checks payable to the Winona County Auditor-Treasurer, and mail to the Winona County Environmental Services Office at 225 West Second Street, Winona, MN 55987 or drop off between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Green Lodge

Size of Building: 1240 square feet
Includes:
Electricity.
Kitchen area with stove, microwave, and refrigerator.
Water hydrant outside of kitchen area (Northwest side of building).

White Lodge

Size of Building: 720 square feet
Includes:
Electricity.
Fire pit.
8 picnic tables inside.
Multiple picnic tables outside of building.
Drop down window areas.

Women’s Lodge

NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE
Gate will not be opened to drive up to lodge (no key available). Parking/driving only on paved areas.


Winona County Features

Pavilions: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, are all available on a first come, first served basis. Each has picnic tables under roof. Fire pits and grill by each pavilion.

Bandshell: available on a first come, first served basis. 20' x 30', includes electricity, picnic tables under roof, located across creek (no bridge available, stones to step on).

Bathroom: with two handicapped stalls
Volleyball Court: Net available, bring your own volleyball
Horseshoe Pit: Bring your own horseshoes


Terms & Conditions

•Scheduling of Park Facilities: To reserve the Green Lodge, White Lodge or Women's Lodge, use the calendar to check for potential availability of park facilities. No dates will be accepted before January 1 of the current year. Reservations will be made on a first come, first-served basis. Maximum rental of two facilities per day. No renting of the entire park is allowed. Farmers Community Park opens May 1 and closes October 31 daylight to 11:00 p.m. daily. No person or persons will be permitted in the Park after 11:00 p.m. closing time.

Parking/Driving on paved areas only. No gates will be opened to get closer to lodges.
Disorderly Conduct is Prohibited.
•--Vandalism: The destruction, alteration, injury or removal of any real or personal property, vegetation of geological formation or molestation of wildlife is prohibited.
--Sanitation: Garbage and recyclables shall be separated and disposed of by placing in the containers provided.
-Cleaning: Please sweep floor and clean lodges after use.
--Fires: Permitted only in designated fire rings or in grills. All fires must be extinguished before leaving the park.
--Picnicking: Grounds cannot be used to the exclusion of others. The use of loud speakers and public address systems is prohibited without permission of the Park Board.
•--Licensed Motorized Vehicles of all types are permitted only on improved roads and designated areas.
--Domestic Pets are permitted only when confined on a leash not exceeding six feet long. Pets are not permitted in park buildings or natural areas whether on a leash or not. Dogs running at large will be removed.
--Advertisements: Private notices or advertisements shall not be posted, distributed or displayed on park property without the written consent of the Park Board.
--Private Operations: No person, association or corporation shall engage in or solicit business within the park without the express written consent of the Park Board.
•--Malt Liquors: No intoxicating liquor or beer may be sold in the Park. No excessive use of liquor or beer is allowed in the Park.
