We require a $500 FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit to ensure that the tents are returned and intact. Note: This $500 deposit only applies to personal Bell and Safari tents, and will not be charged for Spirit Weavers or private wedding events.
You will receive your refunded deposit within 7 business days of return to our office, once we inspect the tent and confirm no major damages have occurred.
