Master suite with king-size bed is on the main floor with a patio door leading to covered hot tub area, and full bathroom with large walk-in shower and walk in closet. Three, large bedrooms with 4 queen beds upstairs with two full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space. There is also a family room with a twin trundle bed and a full futon.

The home features a privacy fenced back yard, double car garage with opener, and free high speed cable internet access.

Other amenities include a gas fireplace, central heat/air, all linens and towels, full kitchen with service for 12, 3 coffee makers (with organic coffee beans and grinder), BBQ, patio table, cable tv/dvd/vcr (with movies) and games. ABVH homes do not permit cats, however, this home does allow up to two (2)well behaved dogs. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, or to be unattended. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, to include pet hair. There is a charge for cleaning up pet waste left on the property.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted anywhere on the property at any time. $500.00 fine will apply if evidence is found.

Additional cleaning fees will be charged for excessive cleaning, stains on the carpet, damages, or not following outlined directions for exiting the home.
