About 2024 Annual Beach Setup

• One Beach Set Up Includes: Two chairs, one cocktail table, one umbrella
• Annual Package: $1950 per set-up (April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025)
• Daily Rate: Available with a 10% discount.
• Annual Pricing is available for one beach set-up per household. Additional set-ups will be charged using the Daily Rate (with owner discount). Upon registration, charges will be applied to your Owner Account.
