RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Advanced reservations are required.
Cancellations must be made by 5pm the day before the program or a $35 cancellation fee will be applied.
Minimum of three children required for programs to occur.
Drop off is at 9:00AM. Doors will open at 8:50 AM.
Pickup is at 2:00PM. Any later than 2:10PM will result in a late charge fee of $35.

SWIMMING:
I authorize my child to participate in any water-based activities including but not limited to swimming at the pool and wading into the gulf up to my child’s knee’s.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY:
A charge of $35 will be applied if your child is not picked up within 10 minutes of the end of a session.

RESTROOM INDEPENDENT:
My child is fully potty trained, restroom independent and does not require any pull-ups or training pants.

SICK POLICY:
Children will be sent home if any of the following conditions apply and may not return for 24 hours unless accompanied by a doctor’s note for the safety of our staff and fellow campers. Fever, bout of vomiting or diarrhea, a rash in a contactable area, oozing and redness in the eye, signs and symptoms of the flu and uncontrollable coughing. Club KZ staff will contact parent or guardian if there are ANY questions or concerns regarding a child’s health while in our care. Club KZ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if there is a question or concern regarding the health and well-being of a child to ensure a safe health environment for all the children in our care.

BEHAVIOR POLICY:
Any camper conduct, either individually or in a group, that is intentionally disruptive to the normal operation of the program may result in parent notification and being picked up early from camp. Such conduct includes but is not limited to the following: destruction of camp property, or advocating destruction, refusing to cooperate with camp staff attempting to maintain or restore order in the program activity, consistently starting fights or arguments in camp and/or harming another camper.

AUTHORIZED ADULTS TO PICK-UP (must be 18 years of age or older):
Anyone picking up your child will need to present a photo ID (i.e. drivers license) daily to camp staff for release of your child. We will not release your child unless proper identification is given. Please list persons (including yourself) authorized to pick up your child. First and last names.

By signing my child up, I am stating that I understand and agree to abide by the policies and statements above and that all the information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
