About 2024 Annual Beach Setup
Program Details and Policies:
• One Beach Set Up Includes: Two chairs, one cocktail table, one umbrella
• Annual Package: 1,950.00 per set-up (April 1, 2024 - March 28, 2025)
• Daily Rate: Available with a 10% discount.
• Annual Pricing is available for one beach set-up per household. Additional set-ups will be charged using the Daily Rate (with owner discount).

• Please indicate which beach you would like your set to be located at West Winds, Beachside I or the Main Beach (behind the beach house restaurant)
• Note - During peak period, a limited number of beach set-ups may be available on a “walk-up”
basis (subject to equipment inventory and reservations), so secure your annual set-up today!
Peak Period is Memorial Day: May 24 - 27, July 4th week: June 30 - July 7th and Labor Day
Beach set-ups reserved through the annual program are for the exclusive personal use of the Owner. Sets cannot be used by renters or guest.
Hours of operation
March 1st - November 30th 9:00 to 5:00 daily weather permitting
Dec1st-Feb28th setups are set up only if the temperature is 55 and above.
All rental policies and practices are subject to change depending on availability, weather conditions, and at our discretion.
