The pre-visit email is sent out before the date of arrival/rental. The pre-visit email can be used for multiple purposes:

 

General reminder of the reservation date/time
Practical information (clothes to bring, directions etc)
Whether information (link to weather.com)
Payment information if additional or full payment is required prior to arrival

 

The standard pre-visit email is sent out 7 days before the booking/rental date and contains a “we look forward to seeing you” message. You can use this email or you can create your own email templates.
