350 Four O’Clock Rd, Unit 4C (PR4C)

Pick up keys outside of AMR Ski Rental. The Box is outside the door. The code will be sent to you about 1 week before you arrive.
To get to AMR from I-70 Take exit 203 go south on N SUMMIT BLVD/CO-9 S Toward Breckenridge. Continue to follow CO-9 South. 9.7 mi
Keep right at the fork onto Park Ave., continue around past the City Market to French Street.
At French Street Turn left. The first left is the driveway into the shopping center where you will find AMR.
AMR is in the building straight in front of you. There is a lock box by the south door (next to the barber shop). In the lock box there should be a packet with a Book By Owner label and your name on it. Your keys will be in the packet. It will be there by 4:00 PM on the date of your arrival. From AMR Ski Rental leave through the South entrance to the shopping Center (the one across from the Gondola), take a left on to N. French Street. Then take a left at the light onto Park Ave., take that for about .5 miles. Take a right onto Four O’clock Road, go about 0.1 mi
350 FOUR O'CLOCK RD (Pine Ridge Condos) is on the right. Building 4 is in the back. Your unit is C.
