Our much planned and anticipated family trip almost didn't happen if not for Mid-Atlantic's staff TRAVIS. Someone had called 10 minutes prior to our reservation informing us our boat was damaged and there was no boat that can accommodate our 13- people party. Imagine the frustration of kids and adults alike. Staff who called was really not that empathetic towards our situation and would not help us problem -solve, really was not very helpful. We saw some light at the end of the tunnel when TRAVIS entered the scene. Although our trip ended up $500 more in expenses plus the additional morning stress of figuring out what to do, the day ended up pretty decent.

Mid-Atlantic Watersports was awesome. The guys who work there were super nice and very helpful. They even helped us to blow up the rafts that we brought using their electric pump. The boat was very clean and was easy to use. They made the check in and out process very easy, They gave us a map and explained everything, as we weren't familiar with the lake. They even made recommendations about a great place to eat... Chad's, which was really really good. We were there with another family, and we had soooo much fun. Everything was perfect! We couldn't have expected any more. Perfect!!!!!
