The Malinche Penthouse has every amenity! This 2 level penthouse has central air-conditioning with ceiling fans throughout, including 2 on the covered balcony. There is cable television and broadband internet.

The penthouse is beautifully furnished with tropical colors and exotic hardwoods. The open floor plan includes a large living room that opens onto the 370 square foot balcony, an indoor dining area and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. A laundry room is tucked discreetly behind the kitchen and has a full size washer and dryer set. For day guests there is a powder room on the main floor.

There are 2 master suites, one on the main level and one on the 2nd level. Each Master bedroom has a king bed and come ensuite with private baths that include jetted tubs, plus separate ocean view sitting areas and flat screen cable televisions. And there are 2 more luxury guest rooms, also with private bathrooms with separate tubs and showers. The first guest room has one queen bed and the 2nd guest room has 2 queen beds, perfect for the children. There is also an upstairs den with a flat screen TV and sofa.
