This is a RV we have converted and turned into a beautiful guest house with one bedroom/queen bed. Full bathroom with stand up shower. The main room functions as living room/dining room and kitchen. It has a queen size pullout futon couch, a small comfortable semi reclining rocking chair, TV( no cable), DVD player, Wi-Fi (main house only) small table that sits two and a small full kitchen.

Private driveway, decks with two sitting areas. One with a BBQ, table and four chairs and a hammock. The other with a couple of wooden Adirondack chairs around a gas fire pit. There is a lovely little garden you can sit outside and enjoy or the beautiful view during the day or evening surrounded by our horses. Minimum 2 night stay.

You can cook for yourselves or pay extra and join us for your meals in the main house.

Horse back riding is an additional cost $40 per hour per person for horsemanship lesson or $35 per hour per person for a trail ride.
