Any changes to your reservation within 7 days of your rental will incur this $100 charge
Cancellations within 72 hrs of your start time ,FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING MEDICAL/COVID will be charged FULL price of your original reservation! Text 231-549-3077 if your reservations change.

This packed and groomed trail is in a river valley that holds snow until the end of March.
The trail can be open even if it seems there is no snow outside the valley.
We check the trail every week to insure proper snow levels
