-No Smoking. No Cats.-This RV may not go to burning man.-Mileage Allowance:100 miles per rental day included. Excess Mileage:$0.35/mile.-Generator use: 2 hours per day allowance. $1.00/hour for additional use.-Reservation Deposit: Non-cancellable $250, NON REFUNDABLE-Security Deposit:$1500. Fully refundable within 5 business days as long as RV is returned full of fuel, propane, clean inside and free of damage.-Insurance: You may provide your own insurance binder (must be approved) or purchase insurance through our carrier. Insurance through our carrier, will provide state minimum limits of liability and physical damage (comprehensive and collision coverage) with a $1500 deductible. You have the option of purchasing SLI coverage which will raise your liability limits from the state minimum level to a combined single limit of $1,000,00 for an additional premium.-Cancelation Policy: $250 reservation deposit is non-refundable; cancelations within 7 days of rental will be charged 20% of remaining balance.-Late Policy: Additional charges will be due if renter is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled pick up appointment time. Renter can call to extend their pick up time at least one hour prior to scheduled pick up time. If renters miss their appointment, they must wait for an opening in the schedule (this may take several hours). -Rental Agreement: A copy of the rental agreement will be ready for your signature at the time of vehicle pickup.
