PLEASE NOTE: MUST AGREE TO CANCELLATION POLICY OR RESERVATION WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED.
All rentals require rental waiver, damage deposit, riding pass and helmet. Helmet and 1 tank of gas are included with rental. Capable riders of any age are permitted to ride rental dirt bikes and must be 16 years or older to ride rental of ATVs or Side by Sides. Must be 18 years or older to rent. Equipment rentals are from 8:00am until 4:00pm and cannot be rented out after 2 PM unless otherwise stated. Equipment rentals are not valid for night rides. Rented Equipment cannot be driven on Black Diamond trails, in creeks or submerged. For questions or additional information, please contact our Welcome Center.
A $500.00 deposit/preauthorization will be posted on credit card at time of rental for each unit rented. Depending on Credit Card company, it may take 10 days to release hold. (Debit Cards are not accepted for damage deposits)
Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee due at the time of booking. All reservations will be charged in full for the entire length of your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival or full rental will be charged. Reservations made on Special Event, Night Ride and Holiday weekends must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival or full rental will be charged and additional penalties may apply. Please note: there is a 10% processing/handling fee for all cancellations. Cancellations must be processed by calling our Welcome Center. CAW is not responsible for weather conditions or personal emergencies. Valid credit card is required at check-in.
PLEASE NOTE: riding passes are not included with our Dirt Bike rentals and must be purchased separately.
CAW Gates close at 11:00 pm. No Park entry after 11:00 pm
