Reservations can be made anytime during the calendar year in which the reservation is booked for. All reservations are held until 10:00 pm of the day you are scheduled to check-in. If you do not arrive by 10:00 pm, the site is considered forfeited and no refund will be provided. Upon booking, 100% of fees are due and are subject to the cancellation policy. Organized sporting/competitive/group events require proper insurance coverage and must be pre-approved. No Grad parties, Raves or Festivals are permitted.
