Esperanza st. on the South Padre Island beach side, a one minute walk to the beach access. Conveniently located right in the heart of the Island&#39;s entertainment district. Book your next bay or offshore fishing trip at Fisherman&#39;s wharf just one block north of Louie&#39;s and Wahoo&#39;s Saloon. Living area features a large tv., sofa and recliner. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, queen size bed with comfortable bedding, cable tv., large closets. Second bedroom has complete furnishings two full size beds with comfortable bedding, cable tv., large closets. Kitchen features full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker and complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and two bar stools at the bar area. Outside ammenities include swimming pool and hot tub. Parking for two vehicles one right behind the other in the same parking spot. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
