Very poor service, half way transfer ferry in tioman jetty without notice in advance, Ignore the passengers safety and left the passengers on the island, missed the next day appointment without apologize and just shirk responsibility

Super exhausted regarding the service provide from bestari gemilang shipping while return from tioman paya, due to safety concern why the passenger had buy for the ticket do not have sit for the. I am in a group of ten person effected .i will highly escalate to higher court for the review service provided as really terrible.
