Terms & Conditions

1. Boating Certificate is required by NASBLA or the State of NH to rent a boat over 25hp. There is a temporary 14-day certificate test that you can take ASAP at the marina. We recommended you review the NH Boaters Guide.
2. Renter must be 21 or older with valid picture driver’s license.
3. Rental day is 9AM-4PM.
4. Reservations are highly recommended.
5. Payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Cash.
6. Reservation made Nov-April require 20% deposit. Remainder due will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your reservation. April-October payment due in full for reservations.
8. Damage deposit must be MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.
9. Customer is responsible for any and all damage to the boat and/or gear. A damage deposit is taken the day of the rental, but the customer is responsible for the total value of the rental boat package and/or any gear lost.
10. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund.
11. Rain policy: You may cancel by 8:15am on the day of the rental, if it is raining at that time, at the marina. No exceptions. Multiple day reservations can only cancel/modify reservation if raining on the first day of reservation.
12. Customer pay for all fuel and oil used.
13. No grills of any type are allowed on the boats.
14. Dogs are allowed on our boats but the owners are responsible for any cleaning and/or damages.
15. Late charge $100/half hour for boats brought in later than 4PM.
16. $50 cleaning charge minimum for any boats brought in unreasonably dirty.
17. Multiple day rentals may operate boats between sunrise and sunset. No boats are allowed to operate after sunset. Renter may request an exception.
