Sutton Lake Marina Features

The main level of our houseboats has a spacious salon for relaxing with a couch and dining table. The kitchen features two refrigerators, 4-burner cook top (no oven), microwave, plenty of cabinet space, utensils, dishes, glassware, and small appliances. Every amenity you need for relaxed dining and entertaining.

For sleeping, there are two private cabins with queen sized beds plus a lower galley with two queen sized beds.
Comfortably sleep eight adults. The boats feature two bathrooms; one with a full sized shower. Central heat and air conditioning means you will be comfortable regardless of weather conditions.

Sutton Lake Marina Attractions

Our houseboats are located on beautiful Sutton Lake located in the Mountain Lakes Region of central West Virginia. Sutton Lake is a beautiful, clear, clean freshwater 1,440-acre lake. One of the most striking features of Sutton Lake is that it is surrounded by over 10,000 acres of public land. There are no commercial developments or homes around the lake. All a boater sees is pristine water and green mountains. There are 44 miles of shoreline and lots of coves where you can spend the day or night in seclusion.
