Wifi internet, Handicap accessible, Seniors &amp; Families w/Children welcome. WRISTBANDS AND PARKING PERMITS CAN BE PICKED UP AT GULFPOINT OFFICE NEXT TO POOL. IF CLOSED PICK UP IN THE MORNING. FINES APPLY FOR NON COMPLIANCE.
Our Gulfpoint condo rentals are located at 200 Padre Blvd. on the ocean side of South Padre Island across from the Holiday Inn Hotel and next to Beach Park at Isla Blanca Waterpark. Its located near the beach, no streets to cross and has beautifully landscaped grounds and spacious parking for car. Wi-fi internet access is also available throughout the clubhouse and pool area, and in the rooms. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, large closets, cable tv., and one queen size and two twin beds with comfortable bedding. Inflatable mattress is available in the master bedroom closet. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. The living area features a large cable tv., sofas and nice chairs. The dining area features a dining table for four and a bar with two bar stools. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on our balcony which has a table and two chairs. Outside amenities include big swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbq pit area, basketball court, tennis court, a club house with game room and exercise room next to swimming pool.NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
Please take note of new wrist band fee policy:

1. March 1 thru 31: $25.00 per person ,per stay.
2. July 1 thru August 7 : $ 12.00 per person, per stay
3. Spring Break and Semana Santa $ 25.00 per person, per stay.
4. Holidays to include 4th July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Weekend and New Year&#39;s Eve weekend, $ 12.00 per person, per stay.
5. Any other day of the week and weekend, not including the above dates is $6
6. .Limts on Wristbands: 1 bedroom-6 wrist band/2 bedroom-8 wristbands/3 bedroom-10 wristbands

*No wrist band fees will be charged to infants and children under 5 years of age:
*Texas Week to be defined as the Friday before Texas Schools let out students for Spring Break and follow thru the next Sunday.
*Semana Santa will be defined as the week (7 days) before Easter Sunday, and one week(7days) after Easter Sunday.
*The wristbands will be paid by any person,regardless of age, except under 5 years old, that rents thru owners and or Rental Companies.
*Holiday weekends to be defined the weekend following the holiday. Example July 4th falls on a Wednesday, wristband fees will apply Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, they pay the other respective fee. In this example , if renters rent on Wednesday, July 4th and stay thru Sunday, they only pay $6. If they check in on that weekend following Holiday on a Friday ,Saturday or Sunday, they pay $12.

Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach &amp; bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach &amp; bath towels and your personal toiletries.
