NO CHARCOAL AND GAS GRILLING is allowed anywhere on the property. Our Parklane condo rentals are located at 108 E. Coronado st. on the beach side of South Padre Island, TX.. One to two minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction. Living area features large cable tv., sofa and comfortable chairs. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, large closet and queen size bed with comfortable bedding. Second bedroom has one full size and one twin size beds complete furnishings, large closet. Kitchen features full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Dining features a dining table for four persons and several bar stools at the bar area. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon drink on our balcony with a table and two chairs, overlooking the swimming pool. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM. During Two weeks in March; the week of and before Texas Week Spring Break, Easter Week and 4th of July. Parklane charges a onetime $25.00 security bracelet fee for every occupant ages 10 - 35 years old, which is paid directly to Parklane&#39;s property manager at check in.
