The first floor accommodates up to four guests and features a full kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, a dining area, a living room with a pull-out double sofa bed, and a bedroom with a double bed.
The second floor also sleeps up to four guests and includes two double beds in the main room, a secondary room with a couch, TV, mini-fridge, and K-Cup coffee maker, plus a newly renovated full bathroom with a shower.
Additional amenities include central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a picnic table, fire pit, and grill—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Our Tan cottage can accommodate up to 6 overnight guests in 6 twin beds. The cottage is heated and air conditioned, was upgraded (in 2015) with brand new living room furniture, kitchen cabinets, counter, lighting and stainless steel sink, and upgraded in 2014 with all new major appliances, mattresses, pillows, linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, flatware, glassware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, HD flat screen cable TV and wireless Internet. An outdoor gas grill with private picnic table and umbrella are also included and adjacent to a large screened-in front porch, complete with chairs, a swinging / cushioned love seat and a great view of our 1838 Lighthouse.
Our Blue cottage can accommodate 6 overnight guests with 6 twin beds in 3 bedrooms. The cottage is heated and air conditioned and was upgraded in 2014 with all new major appliances, mattresses, pillows, linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, flatware, glassware, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Brand new living room furniture was added in 2015. Also new in 2014, an HD flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, outdoor grill (gas included) and private picnic table with umbrella round out the accommodations in the Blue cottage.
The Waterfront Cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests in two separate bedrooms, each with one double bed and one twin bed; the living room also has a fold-down couch. The bathroom with walk-in shower was renovated in 2014 including a new water heater, sink, toilet and floor covering. The Cottage is heated and air conditioned and has all new (in 2014) mattresses, pillows, linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, flatware, glassware, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. An HD flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, riverfront outdoor grill and private picnic table with umbrella (also all new in 2014) complete the accommodations of our Waterfront Cottage. Spectacular sunsets looking north / northwest over the Salmon River and Lake Ontario are included free of charge!!

Kayaks available for river exploration or beach enjoyment across the river. Hourly or daily. Prior reservations strongly recommended due to limited supply. Rates are $10 / hour or $35 / 4 hours. Longer rentals available upon request.
