Star Falls Cabin Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 2 months or more prior to the check-in date will be given a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations made 1 month or more prior to the check-in date will be given a credit good for a full year from the original reservation date. Cancellation less than 30 days prior will forfeit all payments. Reduction of the number of nights from the original reservation will invoke the cancellation policy for those nights. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please ask before you send in your payment. Damage Deposit: A Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in. This includes our damage policy and must be accompanied by a credit card deposit. There is a minimum cleaning fee ($55 for stays of less than 3 nights) that may be adjusted upwards if the cabin requires more than a standard cleaning. The cleaning fee is part of this rental agreement and will be charged at the end of your stay. Pets/Smoking Policy: No Pets and No Smoking allowed in Star Falls cabin. This includes the porch area. Smoking is permitted away from the building, including in the outdoor grill area. You are responsible for placing cigarette butts in the receptacle provided. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for any smoke smell inside the cabin or any indications that animals were allowed inside the cabin.Privacy Policy: We do not sell your information. Period.
