Kitchen features apartment size, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and everything to create meals. Free parking for ONE vehicle. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Outside amenities include big swimming pool, bbq pit area. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
During March and Texas Week Spring Break, Gulfview charges a onetime $35.00 up to 3 nights and $50.00 for 4 nights + (cash only) security bracelet fee for every occupant, which is paid directly to Gulfview's property manager at check in.
Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Add 2% for credit card processing fees, no charge for cash, NO CHECKS.
Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 12:00 noon ( PLEASE, throw trash in the outside trash bin and wash your pots & dishes, when you check out. )
