Our Padre Place condo rentals are located at 123 E Retama St. on the South Padre Island ocean side with a beach access. It's been completely remodeled. Living area features a large cable tv., sofa, daybed. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, large closets and king size bed with comfortable bedding. Kitchen features full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and everything necessary to create meals. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and two bar stools at the bar area. Built in bunk beds are adjacent to the kitchen and living room. NO POOL is available at Padre Place condominiums.NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED.
Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Add 4% for credit card processing fees, no charge for cash, NO CHECKS.
