Evening Programs

Overview

Join us in the outdoor amphitheater at the Frank N. Bash Visitors Center for an unaided-eye tour of the evening sky including major constellations, bright stars, and other objects of interest including the Moon, planets, and satellites.

Your pass includes General Admission o the Visitors Center including access to the exhibit gallery and Gift Shop (doors open an hour prior to the program). The Evening Sky Viewing is roughly an hour long and does not include telescope viewing. For more information see the description of the program on the Evening Programs page.

Booking information

We will seat all members of your reservation together as one group, socially distanced from other guests. If you are socially distancing from others in your party, please make separate reservations for each group or family involved in your visit.

Terms & Conditions

COVID-19 precautions:

• Reservations are required to visit and for all public programs.
• Guests will be asked to attest to being CoVID symptom-free and will have their temperature screened.
Masks covering both nose & mouth are required of all guests and staff.
• Guests are required to maintain at least 6 ft (2 m) between them and others not in their group.
• Restroom access is limited to one individual (or family) at a time.
• The Gift Shop can accommodate up to 5 individuals at a time.
• Guests will supply a working cell number and/or email so we may contact you in the event of program cancellations or. important updates. Accurate contact information also allows for efficient contact tracing.
