Our Aquarius condo rentals are located at 2000 Gulf Blvd. on the beach of South Padre Island, TX.. Our condo has a welcoming decor, and include two private bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen and dining area as well - conveniences of home in a private beach front paradise! Relax on your private balcony, gazing out over the Gulf of Mexico... Whether sitting at the dining room table, chatting in the living room, or fixing brunch in the kitchen your view is the Gulf and what a view it is!! Relax in the large beachfront swimming pool and hot tub. Enjoy the Sauna and exercise room. Grill up your freshly caught dinner on the BBQ, and enjoy beach-side dining in our picnic pavilions. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
During Texas Week Spring Break and Easter. Aquarius charges a onetime $35.00 security bracelet fee for every occupant, which is paid directly to Aquarius's property manager at check in.
During Summer (Late May thru Early September) Aquarius requires every occupant from 10 yrs-up to wear the Aquarius wristband are $5.00 each and can be purchased at Aquarius front desk. Guest wristbands are $5.00 each till 10:00 pm.
Only 1 car per unit is allowed to park inside the gated property, additional vehicles must park outside the gate. Fees: Linen fee $50.00 (2bd/1ba)
Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Add 4% for credit card processing fees, no charge for cash, NO CHECKS. Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
