Lantana st. on the beachside of South Padre Island, TX.. One to two minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction. Sun Dancer condominiums has a swimming pool and parking for two vehicles in one parking space. Living area features large sofa sleeper and cable tv. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and three bar stools in the bar area adjacent to the kitchen. Kitchen feature a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Master bedroom has complete furnishings and a queen size bed with comfortable bedding and large closets. Second bedroom has king size bed with comfortable bedding, cable tv, and large closets. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Add 4% for credit card processing fees, no charge for cash, NO CHECKS.
Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
