Our Saida III condo rentals are located in a gated complex at 404 Padre Blvd. Saida III boasts beautifully landscaped grounds and plenty of spacious parking. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, large closets, cable tv., and king size bed with comfortable bedding. Second bedroom has complete furnishings, full size bed with complete bedding, large closet, cable tv. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, coffee maker and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. The living area features a large cable tv., queen size sofa sleeper and nice chairs. The dining area features a dining table for eight and a bar with four bar stools. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on our large balcony which has a table and two chairs with ocean view. Amenities include Wi-fi internet, Three resort style swimming pools and four hot tubs, four tennis courts, pro shop, pool side cocktail and snack bars next to large pool, coin operated laundromat on 2nd,5th,8th and 11th floor.
During Texas Week Spring Break and Easter (Semana Santa) wristbands are required $25 per occupant 12-29 of age.
Total amount of rental is due at Check in. No exceptions. 3 or 4 night minimum stays. Add 2% for credit card processing fees, no charge for cash, NO CHECKS.
Renters will be required to purchase and wear wristbands to access rooms and common areas, based on occupancy limit: 2 bedroom - 6 persons, 3 bedroom 8 persons.

Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
