Terms & Conditions
Top Class appreciates all its customers, however, it reserves the right to deny service to any individual/s for disorderly conduct and there shall be no refund. Top class also reserves the right to refuse service and persue legal action against any individual/s who engage in any illegal or other act deemed harmful to the company, its employees, contractors, etc., including, but not limited to, suspicion of obtaining services by fraud, or attempt fraud, stealing, etc. Anyone found acting in any such manner shall be reported to the authorities, removed or denied service and there shall be no refund or compensation as a result.
By purchasing a ticket to travel on Top Class Bus Company you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions which are subject to change at any time:
TICKETS ARE NOT VALID UNLESS PAID FOR IN FULL. In cases of flalse payment information, chargebacks, fraud, etc, (which may be determined after service is rendered) Top Class will hold the PASSENGER AND/OR CARD HOLDER accountable for the cost of the trip and all other costs associated with securing payment.
Each passanger (including children) must have a ticket to board the buses. Each passenger is responsible for printing their boarding pass/e-ticket which must be presented at time of boarding. Passangers attempting to board without their boarding pass may be required to pay additional fees.
An Infant fare covers any child ages 0 - 12 months old is $30
A child fare covers any child 1 year to 5 years old $65 per child
An Adult fare covers an individual from 6 years old and up.
Objectionable Persons - Top Class reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person who is unable to take care of oneself or to any person whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable or a threat to other passengers or company employees.
Top Class reserves the right to: refuse service, remove individual/s from premises, ask to leave premises, deny boarding to any individual/s deemed to be a threat (verbally or other) to its employees, customers, or affiliates, and no refund shall be granted. Passengers and members of the public are asked to conduct business in a PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL manner at all times.
•Absolutely no smoking. Top Class supports a smoke free environment on its buses.
Absolutely no illegal drugs or substances on the coaches. Top Class supports a drug free environment and will cooperate with law enforcement as needed to enforce the laws.
•No Pets allowed.
•No illegal weapons.
All bags and personal belongings are subject to be searched by Security and/or Law Enforcement.
Top Class Reserves the right to deny service to any individual/s suspected of possessing and/or transporting illegal substances, and there will be absolutely no refund.
BAGGAGE & PERSONAL ITEMS
Top Class Bus Company assumes no responsibility for passengers' baggage and other personal belongings prior to boarding and loading/off loading nor while on the bus.
Passangers are responsible for ensuring the proper loading and off loading their baggage and other personal items.
All bags must be labeled with customers name and telephone numbers PRIOR TO ARRIVAL for check in. All bags must be declared before placing on the bus. Each passenger is allowed up 1 pieces of luggage not exceeding 50 pounds. Additional bags and over weight bags will cost $20 and up per piece.
Top Class will do everything in its power to ensure that our coaches depart and arrive as scheduled. However, due to conditions and delays due to traffic, detours, weather, connections, mechanical and other unforeseen circumstances, we are not liable for any delays, inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delays. In cases of mechanical issues during a trip, Top Class make every effort to get its passengers to their final destination safely, and there shall be no refund.
•Top Class is not responsible for missed appointments, delays or missed connections to another carrier (bus, train, subway, boat, flight etc…) Please contact the original carrier for assistance and policies for such matters.
•All seating on our coaches is on a first-come, first-served basis; passengers with a Reserved Ticket may be boarded first. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes prior to departure. If Top Class is unable to accommodate you on your planned schedule, you will be allowed to travel on the next available schedule to your destination.
•If traveling to/ or connecting to an airport we recommend customers take an earlier schedule to allow sufficient arrival time and check-in time at the airport. Many airlines require passengers to check-in 2-3 hours in advance.
•Any misplaced, lost or stolen ticket shall not be refunded or replaced. Top Class Bus cannot be responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen tickets.
•A “partially used ticket” refers to a purchased trip ticket, whereby any part of the entire trip was not completed. Partially used tickets has no value and are not refundable .
•Tickets redeemed for travel do not have any refund or monetary value.
Tickets not redeemed for travel on the date of travel are not eligible, or do not have any refund or monetary value, cannot be used for future travel.
Origin and/or destination are not able to changed or exchanged. If you would like to travel to/from a different location, please purchase a ticket for that new location.
Tickets for travel on Top Class cannot be used in the opposite direction. Tickets are only valid for the date, origin/destination and direction specified on the ticket.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and will not to be re-issued. Top Class Bus Co. will try to accommodate minor changes such as misspellings on names and incorrect emails. Tickets purchased cannot be re-issued.
•All Tickets are valid only for date selected when purchased. Top Class will make every effort to accomodate minor changes such as name changes for a small fee of $40.00, however customers must contact the office atleast one day prior to their travel date.
•Expired tickets do not have any travel or monetary value and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Additionally, and at the company's discretion, passengers who missed their travel date may be accommodated on the next available date for an additional fee of $65 per person with 24 hours advanced notice. This shall be considered on a case by case basis and is based on availability.
Travelling with Children
•A seat must be purchased for each child, along with an adult fare.
•The child and adult must travel together for the entire trip.
•Please note that Car seats are not provided. Please bring a car seat for the child if necessary.
Passengers are responsible for properly labelling, loading and unloading their own bags. Baggage assistance is available upon special request for customers that need help with their luggage, such as elderly passengers, customers with disabilities or adults traveling with small children. HOWEVER, TOP CLASS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISPLACED, DAMAGED OR IMPROPERLY STORED LUGGAGE.
ALL BAGS MUST BE LABELLED WITH THE CUSTOMER'S NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS WHICH MUST MATCH THE NAME ON THE RESERVATION/TICKET/S PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO TRAVEL. Please be sure that all your bags have an identification tag on them. Please make sure your bags are properly tagged inside and out.
Because the security of you baggage is important, each customer must be in charge of getting your bags on and off the bus and transferring them when making a connecting bus.
Baggage Terms and Conditions
Due to government regulations, certain items cannot be carried on or stored on the bus. Top Class reserves the right to reject any or all baggage that does not conform to government regulations. See below for a list of restrictions and liability policies.
Pets on Buses
Pets are not allowed. At Top Class Bus Co., customers with disabilities accompanied by a service animal are welcome. The service animal is the responsibility of its owner and must be under the control of its owner at all times (i.e., leash, harness or carrier). The service animal must ride in the bus within the customer’s space. Service animals may not travel in the aisle or occupy a seat. Top Class Bus Co. reserves the right to refuse passage to any animal that poses a direct threat to the health and safety of other customers and/or Top Class Bus Comany personnel.
Prohibited Articles In Baggage Service
The following items are prohibited in baggage:
•Alcoholic Beverages or Liquor (including Beer, Ale and Wine)
•Animals, Pets, Service Animals
•Articles Exceeding Baggage Size Limitations
•Backpacks, Baggage or Other Items with Attached or Protruding Articles
•Batteries Containing Liquid Acids
•Corpses or Ashes of Cremated Corpses
•Cylinders Containing Compressed Gases (See NOTE below.)
•Firearms, all types
•Hazardous (dangerous) Articles
•Live Fish, Poultry, Reptiles
•Materials that have a Disagreeable Odor
•Merchandise for Resale (except sample baggage)
•Perishable Items, including Foodstuffs
•Prescription Medication, Doctor Prescribed (Not permitted in checked baggage. Must be kept in the possession of the passenger at all times.)
and any other items not mention here but covered under the government regulations.
Top Class will not be responsible for the loss of or damage to baggage and any other personal property.
Top Class will not be responsible for damage, breakage, deterioration, delay, and/or loss of any prohibited article or any article not specifically defined as acceptable in baggage service nor for damage, breakage, deterioration, delay, and/or loss caused by such unauthorized articles to other baggage belonging to the same passenger.
Top Class will NOT accept any liability for baggage.
Top Class will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, poor road conditions, storms and other conditions beyond the carriers’ control, and the delivery of baggage under instructions of the passenger, baggage owner, or representative to a non-agency destination or at an agency point that does not accept incoming baggage, after such property has been left at such station or non-agency destination.
