Thanks for ythe affordable bus service..

I have travelled to and from Atlanta/NY a few times on the bus and am very satisfied. I do not understand some passengers complains as they have the option to pay the $300 one way to fly, with the possibility of waiting at the airport for hours without anyone to complain to. Top Class, please continue to provide affordable overnight services for us who do not want to pay exorbitant cost to travel as we can deal the few inconveniences when the bus is late or experience mechanical problems.

Please find new system to check in your passengers. We should not have to wait until the bus arrive to be checked in. Your bus was clean, the staff was courteous and the ride was smooth.

On 11/10/12 I rode with you for the first time from ATL to NYC. Your service was excellent!! This was my first trip and I will ride with you again. Please keep up the good work of having a courteous staff, clean bus and good entertainment. God bless you

My daughter rode from the atl to nyc and back while at home for thansgiving.... She said the bus was clean, enjoyed the movies and the service was courteous. U guys took care of my daughter and that means u are alright with me...

The bus was comfortable and drivers were professional. I have only ONE issue in that, when we are transferring buses. Some order needs to be established. People are running and pushing to get back on the bus for specific seats. A few of us made a line and I assume we were invisible so we was bombarded and pushed out of the way by many. At one point, I thought some passengers would get hit by the bus. Assigned seating will solve that problem. The environment overall was pleasant!

This is the worst company ever!! Customer service sucks. My first time taking this bus company was a horror. they did not come and tell us the bus is broken down until 11pm and this bus is supposed to depart @9pm. The owner was behaving like he wanted to hit one of his upset customers after she learned that the money would be refunded back to her debit card in 3-5 business days They suck, I guess you can prob waist your time and flip a coin and pray that the bus dont break down...SMH Never Again!!

My first time riding top class from ATL to NYC was the worse. The bus broke down and we had to switch buses on the way to nyc with the bus that was on the way to atl. It was cold outside and i lost my charger and cellphone. I was sleepy so i left my stuff on the bus. Smh. Overall the bus was ok and comfortable. The kids were crying the whole ride to nyc.

Top Class is definitely Top of my family's list. This is a service in an era of customer no service that clearly considers their passengers "Top Of The Heap"! I transport my Dad who happens to be an amputee to and from New York to Georgia and I could not ask for better care of him than if I was giving it myself. I top my hat to the punctual, affordable, pleasant and most of all cleanly service that the owner/s and his awesome caring staff are providing their passengers. It's the first company owned by one of our own Carribean people that I am honored to support.

MY Trip to Atlanta leaving out of New York on October 11 2012, i must say the overall experience on Top Class was defenitely Top class, they were very organized on 31st street despite there was no bus depot, and very pleasant. Also when entering the bus i must say i was yet again, pleasantly suprised to how clean and nice the bus was. I was very comfortable during the ride and enjoyed the music and movie that played during the ride, it was comfortable enough for me to even sleep during my travel, i felt very safe on the bus and at no time did it feel like the bus driver was speeding. They were very punctual we left and arrived as schedule. I must say i am truly a satisfied customer, and will defenitely patronize them ALL the time. NO MORE CHINESE BUS FOR ME!!!!!!! Keep up the great job that you all are doing.

Riding TCB for me I was pleasnatly surprisingly a great experience .I was a frequent traverlers on the couch buses from ALT- NYC for years,but because due to the lack of great service and deterioration and the up keep of the condition of many of these buses. I had to find other ways and means to get to my destination because I would not compromise my standards for cost.So I started traveling by air this cost me a pretty penny....I'v heard about this new bus company I was a little skeptical because I've tried many different companies over the years....I must say that TOP Class has lived up to their name.I was in HAA...most of my trip great service, comfortable seats,smells great and professional staff and come to find out that its a black own Company...I would like to say Thank You to this owner...Finally someone got it right ....This company is not just about making their money they provided wonderful costomer service....THANK YOU! THANK YOU!THANK YOU TCBC.......I could not keep this to myself and share every chance i get.....I pray for ur great success.....

MY experience on riding TCB on 5-22-12 was a great one I am not a person who loves long distance traveling but I must say that I felt very safe...Safe enough to sleep... I was very comfortable this bus was very clean, they also encourage all passengers to help them keep the bus claen by hanging bags one every seat for ur trash.Can't say this for the competitors.the rest rooms was shockingly clean WOW!!....I would definetly recommend Top class to anyone especially people who do not like to sit in one place for a long period of time trust me u won't even feel it....Great entertainment... overall TOP CLASS BUS provided a TOP CLASS SERVICE....Keep up the good work TCB...

Drivers were friendly even though we had mechanical difficulty when i had traveled. I understand that things happen so I was not too upset about the delay. Bus was clean the even had charge ports on the bus for me to charge my phone. Way nicer than the Chinese Bus for $60. I felt safe. They always have 2 drivers on the bus which is another plus. The other comment on here are kinda swaying but i believe things do happen so your experience may not be like mine and also they are a new business so I am willing to give my own kind a chance instead of going to the Chinese.

I rode the bus from atlanta to new york.I did not enjoy the experience going from atlanta to new york for two reasons (1) the first time i called to book a ticket, the lady who answered the phone- she sounds jamaican, hung up on me. I called back and the phone rang without answer (2) the lady who checks the passenger's itinerary at the atlanta location (office) was quite rude and needs further training in customer service (2) When i booked my ticket, i thought that, in an orderly manner,each person would have been assigned a particular seat in which to sit on the bus, this was not the case- Like crabs in a barrel,people were pushing,rushing, skipping in line and were trying to be the first person to get through the door and unto the bus- it was very chaotic. These are the only negative comments i have about the company. The poitive comments- they were punctual, arrived and departed on time, they were not speeding -so i felt quite safe on the bus, the drivers were curteous and the bus was very clean.

Great experience traveling on Top Class Bus Co. I really like that the compnay is using two drivers instead of one. Go top class... keep it up and you'll grow bigger than Greyhound.

Traveled over Labor Day weekend to NY, the bus was without air, mercifully, overbearingly hot. One lady complained of feeling faint due to heat. This experience was totally inhumane, as an owner if you know the AC is broken and you did, then please do not choose money over people's well being. Everyone on that ride should be refunded for that horrible experience!!!

Well hello topclass bus company U keep this up and u will be the #1 Bus Service in ATL im very hard to please and with only one trip U got me i live in ATL but work in NY so i have been taking another bus for pver 4years our friend told us about your service so i decided to try it Great service very relaxing this is defiently my ride from now on. thank you at Top class for this wonderful idea starting this company and i pray that God will Bless you with every sucess going foward in the future. PS..... your drivers are great your buses are clean your service is excellent...PS any one who reads my rewiew and think im being silly do me a favour ..TAKE A TRIP AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF........ thank you TOP CLASS BUS COMPANY. erc

This is just my opinion but in all my years of riding the bus I have never rode a bus that was so comfortable and relaxing then Top Class Bus Company and Ive been riding buses now for over 20 years. The ride is about thirteen hours with one stop and thats to gas up. They show movies and give you free drinks and chips if available. The driver as well as the employees that ride the bus also are very professional, clean, respectful and nice. Very conveinent locations, picks you up in NY at Penn Station and takes you to Decatur, Ga which is about 15 to 20 minutes from Atlanta. Tickets are 90 dollars sometimes 85. The bus is very clean inside and out and the bathrooms work. This bus company to me is at the top of the list in the category of buses so I see now why they call it top class because when it comes to buses they are truely at the top. What other bus companys that you know that show you movies and give you free chips and drinks? not Greyhound and definitly not the China Bus Company and get this people, they are black owned, yes I said it, they are black owned, do I need to say more? I highly recommend Top Class Bus Company to anyone who does not like flying or who does not like to drive their own vehicles. If you want a comfortable, affordable and enjoyable bus ride without all the hassles from other customers making noise and being loud or you may be tired of all the bus delays that other companys are known for doing, than you want to ride Top Class Bus Company, dont take my word for it but try it for yourself and I guarentee you will tell a friend about it. Greyhounds motto is go Greyhound and other companys mottos are, leave the driving to us but I say, go Top Class and leave the driving to them. Finally a bus company that I can call my own. Thank God for Top Class Bus Company!!!
