No minimum stay required
Smoking is not allowed (No smoking on property).
We cannot accommodate guest pets (Pet free house.)
Accommodations are not suitable for children (House not suitable for children).
No childcare is provided
Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Social drink or two appropriate).
Deposit amount required (Valid credit card required to cover and hold booking).
Open all year
Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 10 am
Cancellations:
Card not charged before check in date. A hold to cover booking may be applied. All bookings are not refundable. (Only a $25.00 service charge per night if we find a replacement guest).
