Reservations must be held with a credit card. Card will not be processed if you note that you want to pay with cash upon arrival. There will be a $50 non-refundable fee for all cancelled reservations, which will be charged to the credit card. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days but prior to 15 days from date of arrival will forfeit 50% of total reservation costs. Reservations cancelled with less than 15 days from expected date of arrival will forfeit 75% of total reservations costs. Reservation dates can be changed without penalty if there is availability of the cottage if new reservations made within 24 hours of cancellation. Pets are permitted on a case by case basis.
