My home is a "Cute Home Close to the Beach!" 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, living room with French doors for privacy, formal dining room, eat in kitchen with an island bar, family room with a stone wall fireplace with French doors which lead to the pool area. There is an in ground pool, Jacuzzi, and a small fish pond that both my granddaughter and I built a few years back (now houses 8 gold fish). There is a washer/dryer, and all linens and kitchen supplies are available. The property is located 1.5 miles to the beach, and is within walking distance to all kinds of grocery stories and restaurants. Go Kart City is within 2 miles distance as well as the Port Orange Theater.
