One Bedroom one queen bed queen sleeper sofa dining table & 4 chairs Sofa, Arm chair Heat & Air Sink, 2 burner range, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Dorm frig Shower Deck and Propane grill in yard Parking for one vehicle - nearby parking for BT and xtra vehicles One boat slip (uncovered) All customers must agree to the facility use POLICIES of Crystal Bay Marina Inc. Present your credit card and drivers license at check in. Pick up ID cards and keys NO PETS - SMOKING No loud parties, Fireworks, Tents, RV's or Trailers permitted at Crystal Bay. One vehicle without trailer can be parked at each cottage. Extra vehicles must be parked in the lot West of the cottage complex. All visitors not accompanying you when you check in must BE APPROVED BY CRYSTAL BAY MARINA, register at office on arrival, be issued a parking pass, and sign a copy of our policies. Occupancy is limited to 4 per one bedroom and 6 per two bedroom cottage, (Fire Code), Law. (NO Exceptions) All Visitors in excess of 4 people/1 and 6 people/2 bedroom cottage must leave by 10PM. 10 pm is also quiet time. Please Respect your neighbors. If you are planning on inviting a group to drop in you must get authorizaton prior to your visit. We welcome family, business and friends in groups, but we must protect the rights of all guests. Un-authorized people and vehicles will be evicted from the premises. Each Cottage has access to one boat slip and use of our Launch Ramp. You must park your trailer in the designated parking lot West of the cabin complex. All registered guests are welcome to use our indoor fishing dock, and sunning dock. Fishing is also permitted on the open cottage boat dock and shoreline West of the water toys.
