Terms & Conditions

You must have an ID to check in the day or your Adventure.

Reservations are required since availability is limited. A credit card will be needed to secure your reservation, but will not be charged unless you do not show up for the tour. You are purchasing a ticket to a specific adventure time. You must arrive promptly for your adventure time for training and orientation. Failure to show will void your adventure ticket and no refunds or prorates will be provided. All Transactions are considered a Ticket Sale to a specific adventure on a exact day and departure time.

To make a reservation, please call 866-611-9838 and please mention if you are a Go Boston Card holder or intend to redeem a Groupon. You will be required to have each Groupon voucher number at the at the time of reservation. A printed copy of each voucher must be presented at time of tour check in. Sales tax is collected at the time you check in for your tour. Valid identification required at time of check-in.

Changes and/or cancellations to already booked adventures need to be made at least 48-hours prior to the reserved date. Tours are held rain or shine. We do not offer alternate times due to rain. We only cancel adventures in a case of State of Emergency. Please come prepared for the weather. If failure to comply, Boston by Segway reserves the right to charge for the full amount. All riders must wear a helmet (provided or you may bring your own) and weigh between 100 and 350 pounds. Minimum age 14 yrs old. Riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a participating parent/guardian. Tour groups consist of 6 people max per Adventure Captain. If you are traveling with more than 5 people, your group will be split up.

We offer storage on site in the form of a locker. Our lockers do not have locks you must bring your own.
