I am very happy with having rented a scooter from Randy's. Their service was great right from beginning to end. Very reliable, great operation instruction, polite and helpful staff. Thank you you made my vacation enjoyable by having the scooter.

Awesome rental place. The scooter was right at the property before my family and I arrived. Very clean and fully operable. Yall guys made my dad's vacation an awesome experience by making sure he was able to get around. Very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you guys for an awesome experience and most importantly your wonderful service. Will be renting here again ð¥°
Stranded in Hollywood Studios

I don't often write reviews but this event deserves a special effort to match the service of Randy's. I was mid way through my day at Hollywood studios and after exiting a ride in Star Wars Land I found my short term rental from Randy's wouldn't start (it happens). I called the number for assistance and after some over the phone trouble shooting was told they would be there as soon as possible. Before I could even finish my lunch they were on the scene with a replacement scooter and I was on my way. A little angst and 40 minutes of preplanned downtime was the only cost to me. Way to go Randy, highly recommended company.

Holiday from 03/10/2010 to 24/10/2010 in Florida. My mother is disabled and with out the help of Randy's we would have really struggled. From the time we got to the villa it was 2 late to phone Randy's to give them our address, so we phoned the following morning. They was so helpful, from the time of the phone call to the time they delivered and explained how it all work to my mother, was less than an hour. The guy who brought the scooter to our villa was so pleasant, and nothing was trouble to explain, he took his time and made sure we was happy with it. My mother said how comfy it was, and the charge would stay for ages, even after using it in the parks all day long. If any one is looking to rent please go to Randy's the parks are so expensive to rent from. And when you have finished your vacation, Randy's will come and collect it from where ever your staying. Thankyou Randy's for making our vacation extra special. We will most definatly be calling Randy's again if we go back to Florida. The rates are so good. Caron, Rob & Margaret

We have had occasion to call Randy's Mobility and both times we had outstanding service. The first call was on Memorial Day 2009 and to our surprise he came right to our condo and fixed a broken wire on our scooter batter. In April 2010,the battery for the rack on the back of our car died in the parking lot of MGM Studios. Once again, Randy came to our rescue. He came to the parking lot and managed to get the scooter on the rack so we could get back to our condo. The next day he came to our condo and put in a new battery in the lift. He has been really great and very reasonable price wise. Do not hesitate to deal with Randy. We are permanent customers. Peg & Ira

I used Randy's Mobility in 2004 when we went to Walt Disney World. I have arthritis and can't do much walking. The scooter made all the difference in the world, in Disney World that is. It was dependable, user friendly and went everywhere. I will come back to Randy's on my next trip to Disney World, coming up in June, 2010. I can't wait. Donna, Norco, Louisiana
