Another disappointed customer..

I made an online reservation for may husbands birthday, drove from Sacramento to Tahoe only to find out that they were not taking customers out. No phone call, no email.

We had an amazing adventure with you guys! Definitely a REPEAT! Will recommend to anyone. As you guys put it."If you can sit, you can parasail." Thanks for the great memory!

I enjoyed this trip. We had so much fun. The Crew was so friendly. They made us feel comfortable. I would recommend this trip to anyone who is in the King's Beach area. We are planning on going again.

Poor Customer Service..

We made our reservation, gave our credit card information, got a confirmation number and after driving 4 hours to get there we were told the flight had been cancelled for weather reasons. When I said in frustration,"you don't call people who have resrvations," I got a very rude response in a ,"no"!

Disappointed..

The owner was super cool and helpful on the phone. We then took our 3 kids to the launch sight and the boat was a no show! We were all super disappointed! We could have planned something different and would have appreciated a call or email. Pretty bad customer service!
