In 2007 we plan to bring you many new features to provide you and your customers with an even more pleasing online experience. We’re launching a new business listing on the home page of WebReserv.com and we’re adding new back-office features such as improved printing and reporting capabilities. To support businesses with multiple properties or business locations, we will be adding multi-location and multi-user accounts.

New Business listing on WebReserv.com
WebReserv.com is making it easier to make online reservations. Starting this month, customers can view business listings directly on the WebReserv.com home page.
The home page listings will feature selected properties and businesses. Properties and businesses with pictures and complete descriptions will be listed more often than properties and businesses with no description or pictures.
You increase your chances of being included directly on the homepage - and thereby being exposed to more customers – by making sure that your business has an up-to-date description and one or more pictures.
Go to http://www.webreserv.com/admin_home.do, and select setup – company from the main menu. On the description page you can enter a brief description (this is the information that is shown in search listings) as well as the full description of your business. To update one or more pictures for your business or property, click the pictures link from the page.
Useful tips
How do I set up special rates for specific days, i.e. Thursday to Saturday?
On WebReserv.com it is easy to set up your rates to be as simple or advanced as you want. To set up rates for Thursday to Saturday, just go through the following steps:
- Go to http://www.webreserv.com/setupwizardr.do and click add rate list.
- Enter the name for the rate list, for example "Thursday-Sunday"
- Enter description, valid from and valid to date and click next
- Enter the Thursday-Saturday rates
- Click Advanced options in the top menu
- Under Minimum stay – days select Thursday and Sunday as from/to.
- Click save and you’re all done
The reservation system will automatically select the appropriate rate based on the rate calculation rules.
Tip: Remember that if you have multiple, overlapping rates, WebReserv will automatically select the lowest rate. You can override this setting and get WebReserv.com to select a specific rate by marking that rate as a "special rate". You can also set this option on the "advanced options" page.
