Overview

We are less than 1 hours drive from downtown Chicago and easily accessed right off of I-80. We are located waterside within 50 yards of all 3 waterways. We have plenty of FREE parking/picnic tables/restrooms right at the launchsite.


If you want Exercise and Adventure then choose:

1. Free Style Rentals-We provide maps and you provide FuN

2. Guided Tours-we take a variety of paths depending on current conditions. We will view a variety of wildlife including belted kingfishers, great blue herons, bald eagles, american white pelicans, coyotes, wild turkeys, cormorants, etc.

3. Lessons- Modular lessons presented in small groups. 2 hour lessons to use to learn new strokes or refine your strokes. All lessons come complete with Video Stroke Analysis using HeroGoPro2 Hi-Def technology.

4. We have BEACH CAMPING! Forest Beach sandy camping on the Illinois River. Enjoy fun from hiking/biking the I & M Canal Towpath to paddling the 3 waterways that we are on, to fishing along the shores or from your boat!
