Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Please be on-time to your reserved Segway glide. Cancellations will be accpetable unless the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the set tour time. If cancellations is made within 48 hours no refunds will be given for any reason. Liability disclaimers are required to be signed by all gliders before stepping on a Segway. (If rider is under the age of 18, parents will also need to sign disclaimer.)

Rain Policy:

Segways are capable of operating in light rain, however, tours may be cancelled due to heavy rain and thunderstorms (IA Segway tour guide will make that choice, not the rider). If the tour is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified using the email address and phone number in which you registered with. You will recieve a full- refund in the case of a rain cancellation.
