Non race week rentals have a 48 hour rental cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental appointment, you will be charged for a minimum of one days rental.
Rental cancellation policy:
Standard Rental: 48 hours prior to rental. Minimum 1 day charge for failure to notify.
Lavaman Rental : 2 Weeks prior to rental. Minimum 4 day charge for failure to notify.
Ironman Rental: 2 weeks prior to rental. Minimum 7 day charge for failure to notify.
