Q. What happens if I book a tour but we get rained out?
A. Although the Segway PT's are waterproof, and riding in the rain can be very fun. We understand that you may not be, or may not have the right clothing to make your ride in the rain enjoyable. If we are unable to find another convenient date for you to reschedule your ride we will gladly offer a full refund or store credit. Your choice.
Q. What happens if I am unable to make my scheduled tour time?
A. We ask that all guests please check in via phone, email, or in person at least 15-30 minutes prior to the start of their tour.
If you are unable to arrive by the tour start time,please call us and we will offer your space to any waiting guests. We will be happy to reschedule your tour for a more convenient time or even a different date.
Q. How far do we go?
A. We travel anywhere from 2 to 4 miles depending on the tour and the daily conditions in Yorktown. Our tours in Williamsburg and New Quarter Park can cover over 8 miles. This all of course depends on your group and how fast or slow you ride.
Some areas become unavailable to us because of events in the area and our tour route will be adjusted. Most weekdays allow for the greatest freedom from heavy traffic and busy events.
