Once we receive your reservation, we will contact you with a price, based on the rental terms and services chosen.
Once the quote is accepted, we will prepare a rental agreement, which must be signed prior to checking in (email or fax).
A 5% Accommodation tax will be applied to all stays for the first 60 nights.
A $300 deposit is required in order to secure your reservation. This deposit will stay on file and will be considered a damage deposit. Upon a satisfactory inspection at check-out, this deposit will be refunded to you. The deposit can be paid by credit card or a cheque.
The first 30 days must be paid on or before checking-in.
