Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed. Please arrive no less than 15 minutes before tour time at the Amish Experience Theater to pick up your tickets. Tours normally run regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the tour must be cancelled or there is severe or dangerous weather conditions, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability) or have their tickets refunded. Tours stops are based on availability. Amish businesses are not open Sundays. We normally use a 14-passenger "shuttle" for touring and State law requires children too small to wear a seatbelt to be placed in a car seat provided and attached by the parent. In such cases, children regardless of age, must pay the indicated price, if not already purchased, upon arrival. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the tour. Visitors are kindly requested to respect Amish concerns about being photographed.
